Dmitrii S.

Psychologist, coach, Ph.

Verified Credentials 19 years of practice Diploma in Psychology
About me:

I have been working in professional psychological counseling and psychotherapy for over 15 years. My primary education is in psychology (Moscow State Pedagogical University, Lomonosov Moscow State University), which I constantly expand and enrich at specialized courses, seminars, conferences, supervisions, intervisions and workshops.

I have a Ph.D. in psychology.

I am actively involved in research and teaching on issues of interpersonal relations, communication, attraction, formation of interpersonal significance, social dynamics, conflict management, development of social skills, status-role relations, influence, formation and change of beliefs, attitudes and behavior scenarios.

During the years of his professional development, he studied under such apologists of psychological science as I.S. Kon, M.Y. Kondratyev, G.M. Andreeva, A.V. Petrovsky, M. Lusher and others.

In practice I received additional extensive training in such fields of psychotherapy as Gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, transactional analysis, client-centered therapy and Frankl's logotherapy.

I have a wealth of practical experience of working with psycho-emotional disorders (phobias, anxiety, depression, depression, depression, obsessive thoughts and states, a sense of loneliness, loss of meaning in life, apathy, sadness, panic attacks), addictions and codependencies.

I help people to find and reveal their own resources, to be happy and productive, to solve acute problems in interpersonal relationships (child-parent, love, family, kinship, partnership relations), to effectively manage the scenarios of their own lives, to overcome difficult periods, to find meaning and set new constructive goals, restore harmony and mental balance.

In practical work it is important for me to create a trusting atmosphere, favorable for self-disclosure and achieving the intended result. In the course of work, I place the main emphasis on clear and structured cognitive-behavioral therapy and Gestalt therapy. In addition to this, I try to use well-functioning methods from other psychological directions (psychoanalytic approach, cognitive psychotherapy, existential approach, transactional analysis, logotherapy) in order to create an individual route for you, based on your personality traits. It is important to me that you understand what we do in psychotherapy and for what purpose, so I try to pay attention not only to feelings, thoughts and behavior, but also to inform you about the approaches and exercises I use.
